Cynthia El Khoury

Cynthia is the gender and engagement coordinator for the Local Access project at APC. She entered the world of community networks thanks to her extensive experience in designing and leading community-based health interventions for under-served and marginalized communities in the MENA region. She holds a graduate degree in public health from the American University of Beirut as well as a Somatic Experiencing practitioner certificate from the Somatic Experiencing Institute for Trauma Resolution. Cynthia is passionate about deconstructing notions of power and supporting communities through a holistic approach to care.
