As a British Chevening Scholar, he completed his second Master of Laws (LL.M.) specializing in International Development Law and Human Rights with the University of Warwick, UK. While he completed his first LL.M. specializing in Comparative Human Rights and Humanitarian Laws with the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a professional, he has over 23 years’ experience working with national, regional and international organizations in Bangladesh, Uganda, and South Africa.
