Valentina Hernández es egresada de Derecho de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Chile, donde se ha desenvuelto en labores académicas como ayudante de las cátedras de Introducción al Derecho y, actualmente, Derecho Constitucional, además de otros cursos electivos del Departamento de Derecho Público. Es investigadora de Derechos Digitales desde enero de 2015, a cargo de proyectos sobre privacidad, libertad de expresión, políticas sobre tecnología y seguridad en línea.
Valentina Hernández studied at the School of Law of the University of Chile, where she has performed academic duties as assistant to the professor in Introduction to Law and, currently, Constitutional Law, along with other elective courses in the Department of Public Law. She is a researcher at Derechos Digitales since January 2015, in charge of research project on privacy, freedom of expression, cyber policy and online security.
